In an ordinary situation, an active Estonia-registered OÜ files its annual report with the e‑Business Register within six calendar months. The assistant calculates the date displayed by the register using “next day, plus six months, minus one day” and does not shift it for a weekend or public holiday.
What this assistant does
You enter only the financial-year-end date. The result, checklist, and calendar file remain in your browser; the OÜ name, registry code, report status, and checklist answers are neither requested nor sent to a server.
When to stop
Another legal form, liquidation, bankruptcy, merger, division, transformation, a missing management board, consolidation, regulated-sector reporting, and any other special situation are outside this version. 777.ee does not decide the auditor requirement, report category, signatories, or attachments.
Official filing
The report is prepared, approved, signed, and filed in the official e‑Business Register. 777.ee does not perform any of those actions for the user, is not affiliated with RIK or the e‑Business Register, and does not provide legal or accounting advice.
Examples
Financial year ending 31 December 2025
The next day is 1 January 2026, six calendar months later is 1 July 2026, and one day back is 30 June 2026.
Financial year ending 31 August 2025
The deadline displayed by the register is 28 February 2026. This assistant does not shift that Saturday to Monday.
