777.ee is operated by 777 OÜ (registry code 12962425), which is responsible for its content. For data protection questions, write to info@777.ee.
Data you enter into the calculators and the invoice generator — salaries, amounts, company names, registry codes, invoice lines — is processed in your browser. It is not sent to our server and not stored. PDF and XML files are produced on your own device.
Usage statistics are aggregates only: the number of page views and the format of downloaded files (PDF or XML), each with a timestamp. No IP address, no invoice content and no field that could identify you is stored. Until 1 August 2026 the invoice generator also recorded the visitor's IP address and invoice data; that has been stopped and the old records have been removed from public access.
For visit statistics we use Plausible Analytics (plausible.io). Plausible sets no cookies and builds no cross-site user profiles. We also send same-origin aggregate pageview pings to our first-party statistics. These work separately from Google Analytics.
The Google tag (GA4) may load before you consent. By default Consent Mode v2 sets analytics_storage = denied (and ad_storage, ad_user_data, ad_personalization = denied): analytics cookies (_ga*) are not created and Google Analytics runs in a limited cookieless mode; limited cookieless signals may be sent. Full GA4 analytics (with cookies) starts only after consent (“Accept”), when analytics_storage = granted; ad storage and personalization stay denied. You can change or withdraw your choice via “Cookie settings” in the footer. If you decline, we remove cookies whose names start with `_ga` where possible.
The site sets a technical cookie NEXT_LOCALE (remembers your language choice). GA4 cookies are set only after consent.
Web server logs are kept by our hosting provider. A log entry contains the visitor's IP address, the requested address and a timestamp; the retention period is 5 days, after which entries are deleted automatically.
You have the right to ask what data relating to you we process, to request its correction or deletion, and to lodge a complaint with the Estonian Data Protection Inspectorate (aki.ee). To contact us, write to info@777.ee.
IT project inquiries
When an IT project inquiry is submitted, 777 OÜ collects the name, email address, request description and privacy acknowledgement, plus only the optional company, phone, current-system URL, timeframe, budget range, service category and starting context that the sender chooses to provide. The purpose is to review, clarify and answer the request. It goes only to 777 OÜ; it is neither marketing consent nor a request sent to multiple suppliers.
The inquiry is stored in the existing private 777.ee platform database and its full content is available only to the authenticated owner in Admin. The owner notification contains only the reference, submission time, broad service category and protected Admin link. Public analytics receives no contact data, request content, budget, deadline or reference.
An active inquiry is reviewed within 12 months. LOST and SPAM inquiries are anonymised 180 days after closure. A WON inquiry is reviewed within 30 days so necessary information moves to a separately justified business-record lifecycle or the inquiry is anonymised.
